The service
Bean Bots is a hosted service from Beansmile that helps Shopify sellers use specialist bots inside their own AI assistant, including bots that evaluate public Shopify storefronts. The service is provided as-is for informational purposes. Bot results, scores, and recommendations are not guarantees of search, AI, or commercial results.
Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login and API keys confidential, and use only bots and storefronts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Rotate or revoke exposed API keys promptly.
Prepaid tokens
Bot tasks reserve prepaid tokens and settle actual usage against your wallet. Token balances are non-transferable. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, consumed tokens and completed work are non-refundable. Online recharge is not available at this time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access private or unauthorised systems, bypass access controls, send unlawful or harmful content, overload third-party sites, or violate applicable law. We may suspend access or disable a bot to protect the service or others.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beansmile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for third-party site content or availability. We may update these terms and will post the current version at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

账户与凭证

预付代币
机器人任务会预留预付代币，并按实际用量从钱包结算。代币余额不可转让。除法律要求或购买时另有明确说明外，已消耗的代币和已完成的工作不予退款。本服务目前不提供在线充值。
可接受使用
不得使用本服务访问私有或未经授权的系统、绕过访问控制、发送违法或有害内容、过度请求第三方网站或违反适用法律。为保护服务或他人，我们可以暂停访问或停用机器人。
责任与变更
在法律允许的最大范围内，Beansmile 不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，以及第三方网站内容或可用性承担责任。我们可能更新本条款，并在本网址发布最新版本。更新后继续使用即表示接受修订后的条款。
